Helene is an absolutely brilliant dog-trainer, and I can’t begin to express my gratitude to her, for she has forever changed how I am able to understand, relate to, support, love, and care for my 7 month old foster-turned-foster-fail and extraordinarily energetic, if not very demanding at times (especially while working from home), puppy, Billie.

Even in just our first few sessions, I watched Billie completely relax and soften, as she became ever present and excited to learn and explore anything Helene was inviting her to try. It is through Helene’s depth and breadth of science-based and experience-driven knowledge and insights, her endless compassion and patience, and her kind-hearted and bubbly nature, that we both felt safe, excited, and encouraged enough to undo our outdated « habits » and make room to create new ones in support of the lifelong bond I had always hoped for with my pup.

To support Billie and me in thriving in multiple environments and contexts, Helene took us seamlessly from in-apartment to outdoor sessions, and back again. And as I continue to draw on her expertise, empathy, intuition, and generosity of spirit, I continue too to feel more connected to Billie and her to me, and for that, I am ineffably grateful to Helene, and this short review is only a very small testament to that.
